Fresh Fruit Drink Recipes

Summertime and fresh fruit go together perfectly, but summertime and refreshing fruity drinks go even better together. Below I came up with 3 fresh fruit (non-alcoholic) drink recipes that are extremely easy to make for a quick summer beverage!

Pineapple & Coconut

Combine:
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup pineapple juice (I used the excess juice from chopping the pineapple & some mashed pineapple slices)
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (teeny tiny chunks)
A few cubes of ice

Stir, add some coconut flakes for garnish, & enjoy!

Lime & Mint

Combine:
1 cup sparkling water
1 lime (juice)
1 tsp chopped mint
A few cubes of ice

Stir, add a sprig of mint for garnish, & enjoy!

Berry & Lemonade

Combine:
1 cup lemonade
1/2 cup mixed berries
A few cubes of ice

Stir, add a skewer of berries for garnish, & enjoy!

My favorite out of the bunch was most definitely the berry lemonade, but then again they were all pretty good. After making these drinks I did realize it would definitely be better to put the mint in a tea diffuser to infuse the minty flavor without the leafy bits. It's perfectly fine if you don't infuse the mint and just stir in the mint, you just might have to dodge some mint leaves while sipping.
